EnerGuide for Houses
EnerGuide for Houses is a Natural Resources of Canada, Office of Energy Efficiency program. It is an opportunity for homeowners to evaluate the energy efficiency of their home.

An auditor will visit the home, share information with the homeowner and look for energy leaks. Each homeowner gets a personalized report including ways to improve the efficiency of their home and a box of information and energy saving tools.

Conserve Nova Scotia is the provincial agency delivering this program. The following organizations are authorized deliverers in the province. http://www.conservens.ca/energuide

The audit costs $150 and there is up to $6500 in provincial and federal government money available depending on retrofitting costs.
