Pledges - A commitment to a healthier watershed

By pledging to donate a specific amount you are providing a stable source of funding for projects that improve the quality of your environment. Your pledge allows us to plan for the future and move forward with ongoing projects. A giving plan can be designed to meet your needs. You can give on a one-time, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.

Planned Giving - The gift that continues to give

Planned Giving is critical to ensuring that the Annapolis River is protected. This is a more serious investment that requires thoughtful consideration with advice and input from your family and friends, financial and legal advisors and the charity you wish to support. A well-planned gift will satisfy your philanthropic goals, maximize tax benefits and create a lasting legacy.

By making a planned gift today, you have the opportunity to leave a personal legacy while at the same time ensuring that your contribution benefits the future of the Annapolis River watershed and its residents.

  • Securities
  • Charitable gift annuities

Matching Gift - Twice as nice

Matching gift programs ensure that your donation has twice as much of an impact. Many companies are serious about making important social investments. As an employee of a company with a matching gift program, your company has agreed to match the donations that you make to the charities of your choice.

Memorial Gifts - Not to be forgotten

Making a donation in the name of a loved one or a cherished friend is a special recognition. Not only will they be remembered but also a positive impact will be made in their name. Donations made in memoriam will be announced each year at the Annual General Meeting. If you wish, the Clean Annapolis River Project will send an acknowledgement of your gift to the next of kin or individual you choose.
