Public Meeting - Moose River Restoration

The Clean Annapolis River Project (CARP) has retained a consultant team to conduct a feasibility study for the restoration of native river ecosystems and fish passage on the Moose River in the vicinity of the Clementsport Dam. Public input is an important component of the feasibility study. To this end, the consultant team will hold a public meeting to present the status of the ongoing study and present details on the preferred option for restoration.

Save Money on Energy Costs

The Province of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Power both have rebate programs in place to assist Nova Scotians who make changes to their homes which meet the standards of the programs. Although on March 31 the Federal Government announced that Natural Resources Canada would no longer accept registrations for ecoEnergy Retrofit-Homes Program initial assessments, energy rebates are still available from the Province and NSP.


CARP Receives Support For River Restoration

Annapolis Royal – Clean Annapolis River Project (CARP) has recently received support from the Gulf of Maine Council on the Marine Environment and RBC Blue Water Project to support restoration work on the Moose River, Annapolis County.
