About the event
Join Dr. Nick Hill to explore the unique and rare ecosystem found here in the Annapolis Valley. This is a free, family-friendly event, open to anyone who is interested in learning more about our natural heritage.
The event will take place on a trail, but there are times we will want to go off trail. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.
We will be bioblitzing during the event, to help inventory the flora and fauna at the site. Participants are encouraged to download the iNaturalist app in advance, so they can help with the bioblitz! Learn more about the Third Annual Kespukwitk Municipal iNaturalist Competition here:
Location details will be sent upon registration.
This event has been made possible with the support of Mersey Tobeatic Research Institute, and funding from TD Friends of the Environment Foundation.
