Participants must be registered on a team prior to completing the waiver form. If you would like to inquire about being placed on an existing team, please contact our Dragon Boat Coordinator. If you are interested in registering a team, please review our registration information package and contact our Dragon Boat Coordinator.

All participants must complete the "Participant Waiver of Claim and Assumption of Risk" in order to participate in the dragon boat races. Waivers can be submitted in the following ways:

 

1) Using the electronic form (below) prior to July 10, 2019

2) By downloading the PDF form, completing it and e-mailing it to the Dragon Boat Coordinator <k.morley2@icloud.com> prior to July 10, 2019

3) Paper copy provided by your team captain and submitted at registration on event day
